"We had an unusual request for our loft as we wanted a self contained flat for our au pair, which would include a seperate living area and kitchen as well as a bathroom and a bedroom. Luxus were more than happy to discuss this with us and before we committed to the project. Luxus provided us with free base plans to show us the final outcome. The end result is a beautiful self-contained flat which will be extremely beneficial to us even when the children have grown up. It increased our property value far more than we anticipated."
